Who needs sleep? The promise of making the right little choices.

I do. We all do. But I have to admit that I still often struggle between doing what feels good in the short run (extra sleep, one less set, less healthy food choices) and what I know will reap greater reward in the long run. I recognize that doing (or not doing) something is a series of small choices leading up to an action. It’s in those small choices that I stand a greater chance of making the right choice in the end.
